Returned items must meet the following requirements:
The item remains intact and shows no signs of significant damage or improper use;
All accessories, manuals, free gifts, and original packaging are included;
Order number, proof of purchase, and contact details are provided;
The item has undergone only the handling necessary to establish its nature, characteristics, and functioning.
We reserve the right to deduct an amount corresponding to any reduction in the item's value caused by handling that goes beyond what is necessary for a reasonable inspection.
3. Requesting a Return

Date of receipt;
Item(s) to be returned;
Contact details for the refund.
Once confirmed, customer service will provide you with the return address and instructions. Please do not ship items to the original sender's address or the warehouse without prior confirmation.
4. Return Shipping Costs
If a return is requested for personal reasons, the consumer is generally responsible for return packaging and shipping costs, provided the merchant clearly disclosed these costs prior to purchase. If the item has quality issues, was damaged during transit, was shipped incorrectly, or does not match the product description, the merchant will cover reasonable return costs.
5. Damaged or Incorrect Items
Please inspect the goods promptly upon receipt. If you discover damage, missing accessories, the wrong model, or functional issues, please contact customer service immediately and provide photos or videos of the item, photos of the shipping packaging, and your order number.
Consumers have the right to request free repair or replacement for defective items or those that do not match the description; if the issue cannot be resolved within a reasonable timeframe, a partial or full refund may be requested in accordance with the law. Goods sold in the EU generally come with a statutory guarantee of conformity lasting at least two years.
6. Refund Method

For Cash on Delivery (COD) orders, refunds are typically processed via bank transfer or other methods agreed upon by both parties. Customers must provide accurate payment details.
7. Items Excluded from Standard Return Rights

Sealed items that have been unsealed after delivery for reasons of hygiene or health protection;

8. Cash on Delivery (COD) Orders
Cash on Delivery does not affect the consumer's statutory right of return. Please provide a valid name, phone number, and delivery address when placing your order. If the order has not yet shipped, please contact customer service as soon as possible to cancel it; refusing delivery without cause is not recommended as a substitute for the standard cancellation process.
